Who is responsible
Apollo Studios is operated by Dark Educacao, Brazil. Dark Educacao is responsible for the personal information it handles through studio enquiries. For questions or privacy requests, email channels@darkeducacao.com.
This notice covers the Apollo Studios website and correspondence with the studio. External platforms have their own privacy policies.
Information involved
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments. Please avoid sending sensitive information or identity documents unless specifically needed for your request.
To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs. Editorial sign-in also uses technical information needed to secure accounts and detect unauthorized access.
The public Apollo website has no checkout, newsletter signup or contact form. Team members who use the editorial area provide a name and email address. Their passwords are stored as hashes, alongside role, account status, invitation and activity records. The site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Why information is used
Correspondence is used to answer questions, consider a project or work enquiry, address corrections and handle privacy requests. Depending on the request, the legal basis may be steps toward an agreement at your request, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests in responding and operating the studio, subject to your rights.

Following a YouTube link takes you to a separate service. YouTube processes information under its own policies. No YouTube player is embedded on this website.

Information is kept for as long as needed to address the request and any related legal obligations or disputes. The period depends on the purpose and context of the correspondence. You may ask about the retention of information relating to your request.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information to the studio.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, and the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data. Other rights may include portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of decisions based solely on automated processing.

Children and changes to this notice
This site does not invite children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent information that should be removed, contact us.
